The Taboo Truth About Openness in Anglo/Oriental Cultures

I often ask myself:

Why is it that on TV and in movies, people are open, friendly, sociable, talkative, they easily invite you in their groups, take you to have fun and introduce you to others? They are warm, loving, full of life and sensitive, and easy to work with. And in old romance/drama movies (less so these days) the characters were very passionate and full of emotion in their eyes and expressions, as if they knew and knew.

But in real life, people are often inflexible, closed, introverted, indifferent, hostile to people outside their group, difficult to meet, do not talk to you unless it is business related, and ignore you and expect you to mind your own business. where they care about them. People are in a bubble and there is an “ice barrier” between visitors. They look like zombies/automatons who are completely ignorant and oblivious to others around them, as if they don’t know anything. They are always in a hurry to complete their daily tasks. They seem totally uninterested and uninterested in human interaction. And if you’re not, you’ll stick out like a sore thumb, if you’re in the Twilight Zone genre – unlike anyone else!

Why is there such a HUGE gap that no one is talking about?! It’s so amazing, like the Twilight Zone!

A friend and cultural advisor, formerly from the US, said the same thing on my forum:

“I think in general, the most amazing culture that people experience in the US is not between their country and the US but between what they think the US will have and what it is. Fun and events and people are fun and emotional. Sex and fun and romance are happening. When they arrive the place looks very cautious and the people seem robotic and quiet. Sex is easy and hard to find. They are not open at all, they look closed and distrustful. Everyone is just working and looking tired and disinterested. Talking to strangers is difficult. There are rules and regulations. small and many customs that seem as strict and strict as the Muslims do. And every time you run the risk of breaking another law and facing the most dire consequences. This is the most surprising thing.”

This is obvious, yet no one talks about it. Doing so would make you look like a failure, so no one would dare to do it. It’s like the “Emperor’s New Clothes” syndrome. Either that, or people don’t see it because of the misunderstanding of their programming.

There’s also an unspoken rule of thumb that says wherever you go, you MUST say that people are friendly and wonderful, or you don’t say anything at all. Or you can blame yourself. But you are not allowed to say that people are anti-cultural. This is very difficult and a No-No.

But the truth is that in Anglo countries (such as USA, Canada) and Oriental East Asian cultures (such as Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, etc.) middle-aged people are only young children. and the one who is free to talk to anyone who is friendly. . But the middle class is a different breed (especially women). They are closed, reserved, low-key, carefree and mind their own business and expect others to do the same. You have to play a crazy hard game to get into their ranks, and then you MIGHT get in.

This difference between old people, children and adults (especially women) is as obvious as 2+2=4 in Anglo and Eastern cultures, and it is how it is and is easily seen. Yet NO ONE is talking about this except me for some reason. Why?! It is as if it was “hidden in the open” from everyone, or the truth is forbidden!

Instead, Anglo and Eastern cultures are easy-to-work, robotic, cliquish, anti-social, slave cultures designed for business and productivity only. They lack passion, life and love. Everything in these cultures is for business, not for emotion, social interaction, or expression. (although America has fake versions of this in its Hollywood culture) People are treated and processed as resources and are defined by their economic roles (eg workers, taxpayers, consumers, etc.). They live a life of materialism and seclusion with no contact with people.

As a result, they become mechanical, dry and repressed, devoid of love and passion. The interactions that take place in such cultures are often false, artificial, self-aggrandizing, pretentious and insulting rather than sharing.

But you won’t realize all this if you only spend time in Anglo/Oriental cultures because you have nothing to compare them to. You have to live in different cultures to know the difference.

On the other hand, in poor countries with large groups of poor people or with a liberal and liberal culture (such as Latin America, Russia, Ukraine, Spain, Holland, Philippines, etc.), meeting people is as easy as blowing the wind. ! Actually! The difference is staggering, like a BILLION PERCENT, but one has to see for oneself to see it. Why is there such a big difference?

In social media, there’s an unspoken rule of thumb that says you’re allowed to say things like:

1) Everyone or most people are friendly and wonderful! (which many travel sites and travel apps say about people everywhere)

2) I am very busy with work and do not have time to meet people.

3) I have no social skills and I don’t like to socialize.

Or you don’t say anything. Therefore you are allowed to praise many or blame yourself. These are the “habits” and the limits of what you can and cannot say, and as you grow, you learn little by little. Truth is not the most important thing in society, and the saying “Honesty is the best policy” is not followed. So, saying things like this can be a big problem:

“I have a hard time meeting people here. I’m open and friendly, but people here are closed, inflexible, unsociable, incoherent, incoherent, and they don’t want to meet me. People I don’t know unless it’s for business. They only think about themselves and expect me to do the same. So it’s hard for me to meet people here.”

No matter how TRUE and justified it is, you are NOT allowed to say that! It is as if the truth itself has been forbidden, which is a sign of sick people.

In fact, in any culture, it is offensive to say that people there are anti-human, even if it is true. Therefore, you will not find such words in any book in the largest public library or in any news media. It is absolutely forbidden, no matter how true or justified it is.

In fact, if you are making the above unacceptable statement, it is not only difficult and politically incorrect, but it is confusing and confusing to people because it DISCLOSES their true thoughts, which are false and false ideas that:

1) Most people are correct, normal, rational, friendly and sociable.

2) Misfits are people who don’t follow pets and are crazy, crazy and weird. That is the problem and the reason for any disagreement with others.

However, many thinkers and intellectuals with deep intelligence, from ancient times to recent times, have seen through this deception, and realized that the changes were true. (eg Mark Twain, George Bernard Shaw, Eric Fromm, Frederich Nietzsche, HL Mencken, RD Lang, Marcus Aurelius, Jiddu Krishnamurti, Ayn Rand, Oscar Wilde, etc.)

This means that if you know the social facts described above, you will have a very difficult time to enter the groups of Anglo / Oriental countries, because the groups and groups of rich culture are full of fakeness and cooperation, and someone has them. be on the same vibration as the crowd to have a chance to enter (besides playing cheat games). This means that if you are on the “wave of truth” and see things as they are, you will not agree with many groups, so if you recognize the above facts, you are already wrong. This is a real tragedy. Also, people who tell the truth always have few friends and do not join large groups.

So the question we must ask is: What is the value and cost of truth, freedom and freedom of thought? And is it worth the price?

Many people, however, prefer the benefits of matching, rather than the truth or value of ownership.
