Why Working Out at Home Is Better for Skinny Guys?
I used to love going to the gym but my life has gotten busy and time is running out. This eventually made me stop going to the gym. But I don’t regret it at all. Working from home has made my life so much easier. Let me walk you through my typical trip to the gym to show you the difference.
I’ll get changed, fix my hair (because you have to look good at the gym, I mean, do girls look good?), get in the car, drive 15 minutes, work out, drive 15 minutes, go home. Pretty typical workout. But have you noticed how much time it takes to stay at home and go to the gym? 30 minutes of wasted time traveling in my car. Not to mention how long it took me to change gyms. I would have been ready in a jiffy if I had stayed at home! Benefit #1 It takes time to go to the gym, but not to exercise at home.
Another reason to exercise at home is that there are other people in the gym. To elaborate on that, they are scary boys and extremely attractive girls. As a skinny guy, whenever I go to the gym I am in awe of the gym monsters who spend a large part of their lives in the gym. They bend over there in the mirror and lift weights that instantly crush me. At home I am the strongest man! I love that feeling and I refuse to let it go.
Girls in the gym are a different problem. It’s so easy I just can’t stop starring! Without them (or anyone else) noticing, I’m constantly looking for new ways. It distracts and distracts me from my exercise. I like them but I prefer to be able to focus and not ask me to ignore it and focus in the gym. Mahila is a site to watch. At home I want to see only my mug. Which I like but doesn’t look like Kate Upton. Benefit #2 No distractions!
The third reason I love working out at home is that it’s cheaper in the long run. At least for me because the weight I can lift is not heavier than I am (yet!). Also the cost of my local gym membership is ridiculous. I bought some cheap weights and a straight bar at a local yard sale (yeah mom you said yard sales are good places for deals). They may not be glamorous but they get the job done. I mainly just do a workout that I found online called the “Skinny Guy Home Workout”. Sp Advantage #3… MONEY!!
Overall working out at home is better because I don’t have to travel, I’m not distracted or scared, and because it’s cheaper in the long run! Join my cause for home gyms and workouts!
