You’re going to give a speech in five minutes and you’re nervous. You’ve practiced your speech for the past week and you still can’t remember what to say because you’re now experiencing anxiety panic attack symptoms.

The symptoms are very noticeable, with shivering, sweating, tightening of the collar, and trouble breathing. You worry that when you get to that stage, you will suffer complete and utter humiliation.
