A) Let go of defeatism

Living with a negative attitude

As I mentioned before, success and failure are all in the mind of a person. Many people cannot stop playing the victim because it is easier to live with neurotic patterns than to change for the better. The role of the victim suits them. They are content to just live life safely and accept whatever fate has to offer. People who are negative in their thinking are easily seen by their slumped shoulders, dull chins and expressionless faces. These individuals are afraid to look into the future. They cannot imagine the amazing opportunities that could come their way because they are constantly mourning what they once had and what they had. They are too immersed in their present difficulties and problems. This disturbs not only them but also those within hearing range. The more negative consequences they encounter along the way, the more they believe that life is against them. We live in a world of cause and effect, and many of us set causes for the effects that can happen to us. By allowing negative energies to control their sub-consciousness, they prevent themselves from experiencing positive things that could solve their problems. For these individuals, some of the magic of believing becomes completely elusive.

Your thoughts will determine your daily life, your career and also reflect the kind of person you are. In your pursuit of success there will be many times when you will face temporary defeat and even failure in your venture. When feeling defeated, the least painful and most logical thing to do is to quit. The sly irony of this is that people quit when success is almost within reach. Suppose you make up your mind to go for it and test that particular spell. Naturally the first person to convey your good intentions is a close friend or relative. Remember that you should never assume that they will be helpful. Trust me, I’ve been there before, especially if it doesn’t align with his or her realm of thought (often due to jealousy or control), a negative attitude will be projected, which can influence your thinking in one way or another. , knocking all the wind out of your sails. At that point you may feel like everyone and everything is against you because they don’t see things the way you do or wish you the best in your endeavors.

You can be happy one minute, feeling like you’ve won the lottery, and depressed when things don’t work out. In terms of self-worth, this is the value one places on oneself. It’s about oneself. Having a favorable opinion of yourself that doesn’t depend on financial assets, academic achievement, status, or physical attractiveness. Once that’s knocked out, it’s hard to find your emotional bearings and regain self-sufficiency when it comes to what you’re doing and where you’re going. It can be very scary. .Everyone deserves it. It is a remarkable gift that we are born with. It cannot be taken away from us but it can be ignored every time again and again; the same.

Self-confidence requires belief in one’s own strength, decisiveness, ability to make decisions and courage to move forward. The opposite of confidence is fear, which is a powerful emotion. It is an attitude filled with fear, apprehension, or nervous anxiety, an uneasy feeling that something against one’s will may happen. Everyone is affected by fear in some way. People are currently afraid of war. The population is afraid of the ongoing state of violence in our country. There is also a dire concern and fear for the economic well-being of our country, which is in a delicate state of imbalance. We worry about our jobs, old age, our health, our family, our wealth, our homes, our money, our future, our fear of failure and believe it or not, our success.

It’s so easy to get so caught up in your current problems and discouragements that you become paralyzed by fear. This fear will cement your feet to the ground, freezing any potential you have. You can’t think about how to move forward today or even see how far you can go when you’re afraid to take that step. So you resist, resist and resist, saying you can’t do it, you see no way. This is not possible. This negative attitude will cloud any possibility of a better existence leaving you powerless, unable to achieve anything. So why bother at all? You can go back to bed and hide under the covers and be miserable.

Experiencing positive results

However, if you are dissatisfied with the world you have created for yourself, then start thinking and acting positively about yourself and everything related to you. In doing this, you will create a new template from which you will begin a new series of events that will suit your interests and that will help you discover that there is a certain magic in believing. The first thing you need to do is boost your confidence and doing so will also improve your self-esteem and self-worth. One way to do this is to find the good in someone else and praise them for their accomplishments. Of course, you’re bogged down with major issues that are driving you out of your mind, but sitting at home thinking about them will make you sad. You need to do something about it. When you take action, you gain confidence in your ability to handle various situations in life.

To begin with, try to focus on important issues that can be resolved in a simple and quick way. This will help reduce the number of challenges you face every day. As each point is successfully completed, your fear and tendency to feel defeated will gradually decrease, increasing your confidence, self-esteem and self-worth. Write down all of your admirable qualities that begin with “I am,” then stand in front of a mirror and pretend to be the person you want to be. Stand tall with your shoulders back, smile and talk loudly about all those beautiful qualities. You must believe that you have the ability to bring whatever you set out to a successful conclusion. Make a promise to yourself that you will continue to take action to achieve your goals. After doing this several times, I guarantee you will have a different opinion of yourself.
