Boys and girls of all ages dream of being able to transform into someone with incredible powers, powers beyond their wildest dreams. From defeating a villain to saving the lives of an entire city, superheroes are revered and worshiped by fans young and old. And superheroes are not only for boys and men, but also for girls. Wonder Woman is one of the most famous female superheroes of all time. Over the years, girls often play with dolls like, and sometimes more than, Barbie and baby dolls.

When Halloween rolls around this year, some of the most popular costumes for kids are Captain America, The Green Lantern, and Thor. The trio recently gained notoriety after being brought to movie theaters across the country. Not only did the film industry benefit from the new popularity of artists, so did toy stores, bookstores and clothing retailers around the world. Oftentimes, children look up to the characters in the story as role models, and strive to be smart. For years to come, we will be watching the adventures of these amazing men and women.
