Secrets of Doing Yoga in the Morning

Whether you are new to yoga or not, everyone should start their day with yoga in the morning. If you don’t know and want to start the day through the yogic way, then you should do yoga every morning as a habit.

Before you start doing yoga you must first know, how to get all the benefits of yoga or, where to start or what should I do now?

In fact, yoga has a wide range of therapeutic uses.

However, you should put all the therapeutic benefits of yoga in the dust for now and answer for yourself,

Let me admit one thing about yoga to you that, many diseases are cured by doing yoga in the morning every day.

Why should I exercise every day? Especially, in the morning…

That’s because, to heal many diseases you need to remove impurities from your body. This will be possible if you do special yoga exercises every day in the morning.

Please follow the step-by-step daily morning yoga routine below.

Morning yoga:

Get up early in the morning. If possible, please wake up at 5:00 am and I highly recommend it.

Wash your face, eyes and teeth, etc.

Now take a glass of warm water and add lemon and some salt and drink it.

Now don’t waste any more time, and you should start practicing yoga. The first yoga pose is Viparitkarani Mudra.

Viparit Karani Mudra: Lie down on a soft mat and stretch your legs, here in this position the inside of your legs will be touching each other and your hands will be lying on the sides of the thighs. Bend your elbows and place your hands on your hips. Lift your legs up and raise your hips with the help of your hands up and take a deep breath. Hold this position for 6-8 seconds and breathe slowly. Put your hips first, then your legs. Breathe well. Do these Yoga poses four times.

Shalbhasana: Lie on your stomach. Your legs are stretched out and your hands are on the sides of his thighs. Exhale and lift your legs together up to the thighs without bending your legs at the knees. Hold your breath there for eight seconds and then slowly lower your legs down. Breathe slowly. You can do it with one leg to start with, if you find it difficult to start. Do these Yoga poses four times.

Padahstasana: You are done with all morning routines. Now move and stand straight. In this pose, your heels are touching each other. Exhale and raise both of your arms up above your head next to your ears while your arms are facing outwards. Breathe in slowly and lower your body by bending your hips forward. Place your hands on the floor beside your feet. Don’t bend your knees right here. Try to put your head between your knees. Hold your breath out and stay in this position for 8-10 seconds, then slowly return to the starting position and take a deep breath. You have to do this yoga pose four times.

After you finish this, I am sure you will feel pressure in your stomach and empty your bowels.

You are done with the posture and now go to the Mudra section with master Agnisara Dhauti.

Agnisara Dhauti: This is easy to do, but difficult to follow properly. However, I will explain without hiding anything. First sit down in Siddhasana posture with your back straight. Look ahead. Now take a slow, deep breath and squeeze your lower abdomen and navel upwards. Try to touch your back. Hold this position for six seconds and slowly exhale and return to the starting position. Practice this cleanse at least ten times. It is very effective in removing all the impurities from your stomach and body. It is guaranteed.

Now go to Pranayama section and master Bhraman Pranayama.

Brahman Pranayama: This is easy to follow Pranayama, but you need to know some techniques to do it. This time you will start walking in the morning, but not the morning walk where you are going this time. You will walk in the morning in Yoga style. Take a deep breath and count to one and take the first step forward. Inhale and count to two and take a second step forward. Continue doing this for up to four rounds.

This is like, enter 1-step 1, enter 2-site 2, enter 3-step 3, and 4-step 4. Move slowly and breath in each step. Now do the exact opposite with the air. Exhale for a count of one and take your first step forward, then exhale for a count of two and take your second step forward. Continue doing this for up to four rounds. After two or three days, you will walk the path with Yogic Pranayama. Try this Pranayama for seven to seven minutes.

Then you can spend more time after a month practicing the above mentioned practices by replacing your Yogic routine with Yoga Posture notes.

The method is the same, but you can get a lot of benefits by experimenting Sun Salutations near Viparitkarani Mudra. These twelve postures of Sun Salutation will make you ready to practice Yoga Asanas in the future and this is the only Yogic exercise, which can remove any blockage in your entire body. I recommend you try the Sun Salutation.

You can also add two Pranayama immediately after Agnisara Dhauti like Kapalbhati Pranayama and Anulom-Vilom Pranayama.
