Guided Visualization & Subconscious Mind Power

Have you ever wondered if something really happened or if it was just a dream? If there’s one amazing thing you should know about the power of your subconscious mind it’s this: it can’t tell the difference between reality and imagined reality. This is the principle that makes visualization such a powerful tool in transforming yourself into your best self. When your consciousness accepts new beliefs and ideas, it begins to implement these changes in your life. These principles are used in many of the audio programs I have developed.

The power of visualization was clearly demonstrated in a now-famous study conducted at the University of Chicago a few years ago. A group of students, all of whom had similar basketball skills, were divided into three groups and asked to shoot bad shorts. The percentage of baskets each team made was recorded. Then, the students were given strange instructions: The first group was told not to practice or play basketball for 30 days. The second group was told to try to shoot bad shots every day for one hour for 30 days. 30 days – but to try to shoot bad shots mentally for an hour every day. At the end of the 30 days, the students’ skills were assessed. Not surprisingly, the first group, the group that didn’t try at all, didn’t get any better than before. The second group, the group that practiced faster, improved their performance by 24 percent. But the most interesting results were found in the third group. This team, which had never set foot on a basketball court, focused only on shooting baskets, improved by 23 percent – almost the same improvement as the team that did it every day.

THE POWER OF SHOWING

Athletes were among the first to realize that exposure can change behavior. A man who was once the world’s most precious metal carrier had not learned anything in more than eight years. When he was at his peak, he could bench press 365 pounds. In recent years, however, in a regular workout, he has rarely been able to lift 280 pounds. He said that it would take nine to twelve months to get back to the level he achieved and lift 365 pounds again. strongly trained. One evening this American athlete worked with Soviet trainers who taught him how to use the art of mental imagery, which involves detailed and realistic visualizations. After intense training, the athlete was surprised to find that he was able to live a life with a weight that would have been impossible – 365 pounds – the weight that he could not lift for eight years. An hour of mental training helps him do what would have taken nine months of intense training!

In recent years the use of monitors among professional and Olympic athletes has become increasingly popular. Research has proven that meditation can cause real changes in the body’s nerves and muscles. By combining mental training with real physical training, these elite athletes are getting the edge they’ve been looking for. Mental changes involve not only physical changes, but also deeply rooted habits and beliefs. By focusing on what you want to do, you influence your thoughts and beliefs about your appearance and your life. By expanding your images of what is possible, what once seemed impossible is overcome. The edge of the sprinter is yours too through the power of vision. HOW IT WORKS Mental images are images, thoughts, and feelings about a particular event. It’s a different process than just seeing a “thing”. Seeing is a physical process, directly connected to your conscious, physical world. Visualization or visualization, on the other hand, is similar to thinking. Your deepest beliefs about yourself have shaped your image. Now, when you are guided by your free/viewing parameters, you are using your natural senses consciously, to create what you really want, starting with your image. Albert Einstein once said, “Imagination is greater than knowledge.” Every act, every work of art, every creation of value begins as an image in someone’s mind.

VIEWING: In your mind’s eye BLUEPRINT FOR SUCCESS

To build a house the builder must first see the type of house he wants. That mental picture is expressed on paper: a plan. Architects make any recommendations that are printed on the plans. Visualization works the same way. The mental image that you hold for yourself in your subconscious mind becomes a reality in your life. HOW TO INCREASE ACTIVITIES Using pictures can be useful at any time; even when you are doing your daily tasks, but it is more powerful when you do it freely. This is because relaxation allows your mental images to reach your mind. First, you become comfortable with your eyes closed and then let go of beliefs or misconceptions about your subject. Then you follow up with positive images and affirmations to reframe your thoughts with positive beliefs and images of success.

EVERYONE HAS A VISION

Different people’s minds work differently, so don’t worry if you don’t see a “mental image or picture.” Sometimes the form is very subtle. If you are a deep thinker you cannot see the details. Instead, you can receive visuals, thoughts, feelings or inner knowledge, or you can perceive information, hear with your “inner” ear. If you are a good thinker, you can close your eyes and create a vivid “movie” of the mind – detailed pictures, colors and images. Or you can receive a combination of the two – photos and videos. It’s best to avoid expectations about what your visuals will look like. Fixed expectations or concerns about whether you’re “doing it right” get in the way of visibility. Keep calm. Be completely relaxed and listen to whatever comes into your mind. Your experiences will be uniquely amazing.

In your visualization, you may have several ideas or images that don’t seem to fit your new image. However, these thoughts and images can be linked to other areas of your life that relate to your image in some way. When they appear, they can bring up other feelings, and you may want to take such pictures during your trip to express your feelings. When you start to notice a new behavior or behavior, you may find yourself arguing with some of the positive images – for example, “I can’t be that confident,” or “Forget it; it’s not just me.” When this happens, it is your mind to respond to old “programs” that have been playing for years. As you continue with the habit of visualizing this process will diminish and be replaced by the positive thoughts you are putting into your mind. As you repeat your sessions every day, the positive changes in your life will grow exponentially.

Repetition

It is the repetition that creates the subconscious mind. Constantly flooding your consciousness with positive thoughts will eventually cause any negative thoughts to lose their power and dissolve. If possible, do one picture every day. By faithfully using this practice you will be amazed at how well your ability to see in your own way will improve. I have created hundreds of guided meditation recordings. For more information on using visual imagery for self-improvement and success visit my website www.QuantumQuests.com.
