This is the principle that makes visualization such a powerful tool in transforming yourself into your best self. When your consciousness accepts new beliefs and ideas, it begins to implement these changes in your life. These principles are used in many of the audio programs I have developed.
The power of visualization was clearly demonstrated in a now-famous study conducted at the University of Chicago a few years ago. A group of students, all of whom had similar basketball skills, were divided into three groups and asked to shoot bad shorts. The percentage of baskets each team made was recorded. Then, the students were given strange instructions: The first group was told not to practice or play basketball for 30 days. The second group was told to try to shoot bad shots every day for one hour for 30 days. 30 days – but to try to shoot bad shots mentally for an hour every day. The edge of the sprinter is yours too through the power of vision. HOW IT WORKS Mental images are images, thoughts, and feelings about a particular event. It’s a different process than just seeing a “thing”. Seeing is a physical process, directly connected to your conscious, physical world. Visualization or visualization, on the other hand, is similar to thinking. Your deepest beliefs about yourself have shaped your image. Now, when you are guided by your free/viewing parameters, you are using your natural senses consciously, to create what you really want, starting with your image. Albert Einstein once said, “Imagination is greater than knowledge.” Every act, every work of art, every creation of value begins as an image in someone’s mind.

To build a house the builder must first see the type of house he wants. That mental picture is expressed on paper: a plan. Architects make any recommendations that are printed on the plans. Visualization works the same way. The mental image that you hold for yourself in your subconscious mind becomes a reality in your life. HOW TO INCREASE ACTIVITIES Using pictures can be useful at any time; even when you are doing your daily tasks, but it is more powerful when you do it freely. This is because relaxation allows your mental images to reach your mind. First, you become comfortable with your eyes closed and then let go of beliefs or misconceptions about your subject. Then you follow up with positive images and affirmations to reframe your thoughts with positive beliefs and images of success.
EVERYONE HAS A VISION

It’s best to avoid expectations about what your visuals will look like. Fixed expectations or concerns about whether you’re “doing it right” get in the way of visibility. Keep calm. Be completely relaxed and listen to whatever comes into your mind. Your experiences will be uniquely amazing.
In your visualization, you may have several ideas or images that don’t seem to fit your new image. However, these thoughts and images can be linked to other areas of your life that relate to your image in some way. When they appear, they can bring up other feelings, and you may want to take such pictures during your trip to express your feelings. When you start to notice a new behavior or behavior, you may find yourself arguing with some of the positive images – for example, “I can’t be that confident,” or “Forget it; it’s not just me.” When this happens, it is your mind to respond to old “programs” that have been playing for years.
